This article is for candidates who have experienced an unexpected error when trying to register for the Results Service for Candidates.
To allow candidate details to show in the Results Service for Candidates portal, you must first be fully registered and confirmed for an exam by your exam centre.
There may be times when a candidate is trying to register before their details are present in the Results Service for Candidates portal.
This results in the following error message upon registration or when logging into the portal for the first time:
If you receive this error when attempting to access your results, we advise in the first instance to please wait for 48 hours and then try again. This should allow for all your details to finalise in the Results Service for Candidates portal.
If the error message continues to appear after 48 hours, then please reach out to us and we will be able to assist.
