This article explains how to create bulk logins for your Cambridge English Placement Tests.
1. Open the Cambridge English Test Portal, and log in with your credentials.

2. On the homepage, go to the Sessions tab
3. On the Session List, search for the test session that you would like to add entries to, then click on the Session name
4. Click Add Entries
5. Enter the number of logins that you wish to create, and click Create Codes.
A maximum of 500 Logins can be created at one time.
Please note that when candidates log in for the first time, they will be asked to enter their personal information. Once this has been saved, the original Username will be converted to a new Username, and the original will no longer allow the candidates access to the site. Follow step 8 to find out how to export candidate credentials from the session.
6. If you wish to download the Generic Logins immediately, click the Download Logins link
An Excel Spreadsheet will be downloaded to your device, and when you open it, you will find the newly generated Usernames, Passwords and Institution IDs.
You can share these login credentials with your candidates, as they will require them to log into Metrica.
Or, if you wish to view your newly generated entries, click View Session Entries
Your new logins will now appear in the session
7. To export the new logins and passwords, use the check boxes to select the entries that you would like to export and then click Export Selected Data
An Excel file will be exported to your machine, and this will include the credentials that the candidates will need to log into Metrica with.
9. Now you can share the login credentials with your candidates. They will need a Username, Password and Institutional ID to log into Metrica with:
