Helpdesk Training Article
This article provides information and guidance about how to use the Username Tracking report for CEPT and YLPT Agents.
When using the Generic Logins entry method, candidate entries will appear as shown in the following example and will be assigned a Temporary Login (Username). When the candidate first logs in to Metrica and enters their personal information, the Temporary Login will be overwritten, and a New Login (Username) will be created.
Please be aware that once a Temporary Login has been overwritten, the candidate will no longer be able to log in to Metrica using that Login. The candidate will be required to use their New Login if they wish to log in to Metrica again.
The Username Tracking report will provide the Temporary Login, as well as the New Login created after the candidate has logged in and entered their personal information. This will help keep track of which candidates have accessed their test using the Generic Logins produced by Metrica.
1. Log in to the Cambridge English Test Portal (Metrica)
URL: https://www.metritests.com/metrica
2. Click Reports
