Information for candidates who have taken a Cambridge English exam but have not yet received their certificate
Certificates for Cambridge English exams are normally despatched to your authorised exam centre approximately eight weeks after the date of your exam. The exact date will vary depending on which exam you have taken and when you took it, for example certificates for Cambridge English: Young Learners tests can take less than eight weeks.
If you are concerned that your certificate has not yet arrived, please get in touch with your exam centre. Your centre will be able to tell you the date that certificates are due to arrive from Cambridge, as well as how and when they plan to send you your certificate.
Please note that it is not possible for Cambridge English to send your certificate to you directly, or to a friend or family member. We only despatch certificates to exam centres, who are then responsible for delivering them to you. If you are worried about where your certificate is, please contact your centre.
You can find contact details for your centre on our website.
