This article shows how Clients check the number of test credits for the Cambridge English Placement Test they have and how to order more from their Agent.
Clients need test credits available before they can make entries for exams. Clients can make orders, and their Agent can then approve or reject them.
Clients - Viewing how many test credits you currently have
1. Log in to the Cambridge English Test Portal
URL: https://www.metritests.com/metrica
2. Click My Institution
3. Click the Test Credits > Product
4. The screen will refresh and show a table of your allocated, pending, and used test credits
Clients - Ordering Test Credits
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal
URL: https://www.metritests.com/metrica
2. Click My Institution
3. Click Test Credit Orders
4. Click New Order from the drop-down and click Submit
5. Select the Product and the Test Credits to order.
6. Click Save
When you click save, this message should appear at the top of your screen-
If the Product and Number of Tests is correct, please press okay. This will place the order.
7. The order will now be placed and your Agent can either Approve or Reject it.
8. The status will update once your Agent has Approved or Rejected the order.
9. Once approved, you can then add entries for this product in any valid session.
