This complaint form is for CELTA, DELTA Module Two or DELTA Module Three. For any other qualifications refer to this article.
Before submitting a complaint form, you must complete the centre’s internal complaints process and receive a written outcome. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may be able to refer the matter to us or submit an appeal, where this falls within our remit.
Some complaints can only be investigated by the centre as they are related to policies covered in the candidate agreement:
- refunds
- withdrawals
- course modes
- accommodation
- staff conduct
We aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days and provide a response within 10 working days. As part of a formal complaint process, we need to contact the centre for their comments.
