Before submitting a complaint to Cambridge about your experience with CELTA, DELTA or TKT, you must have completed your centre’s internal complaints process. Please contact your centre to find out more about this procedure. After their internal investigation has concluded, your centre will provide you with a written outcome.
Please discuss complaints about following topics with your centre - refunds, withdrawals, payment of fees, and course modes (face to face, online, mixed). We are not able to accept complaints about these policies as they are covered by the centre’s Terms and Conditions.
