Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been to provide greater flexibility to our exam centres in delivering exam sessions. This increased flexibility, along with the continued impact from the COVID-19 pandemic, has unfortunately resulted in delays with the processing of results for some exams. This in turn has caused delays to the printing and despatch of certificates.
This is outside the control of our exam centres who remain in contact with us on your behalf. We are making every effort to communicate where delays are being experienced so that they can keep you informed.
We apologise for these delays and working hard to resolve this issue.
