Once you installed the Exam Lift app, you will see the below screen:

You can sign up using your email or using social media (Google or Facebook). 

Creating an account using email

Type your email address in the EMAIL ADDRESS bar and create a password with a minimum of 8 characters in the CHOOSE PASSWORD bar.

Please note if your password is not at least 8 characters, the create account button won't be enabled.

Tap CREATE ACCOUNT to create your account.

Once you have tapped the button, you will see the below screen.

You will then receive an email to the email ID you provided on the account setup stage.

This email includes the verification code which you have to enter to activate your account.

you can copy the code from the email and use the clipboard button to paste it in your app.

Once you have typed the 6 digit code, the VERIFY button will be enabled.

If you enter the wrong verification code you will receive the below error message:

Once you have successfully created the account you will be taken to the home screen.

Creating an account using Facebook

Click on the Facebook icon on the screen.

This will take you to a web browser and ask you to give permission to the exam lift app to use your Facebook credentials to set up your account.

Press the blue button which says Continue as "YOUR FACEBOOK ID" to continue with the setup.

If you have not installed Facebook on your phone, this will prompt you to log in to Facebook as shown below:

Use your Facebook credentials to login and give permission to the exam lift app to use Facebook to login.

Creating an account using Gmail

Click on the google icon to signup using your Gmail account.

This will take you to a web browser and ask you to give permission to the exam lift app to use your Google credentials to set up your account.

Press the button which says  "YOUR Google User ID" to continue with the setup.

Once you have completed the setup you will be taken to the below screen.

 To edit your account click on My Profile on the Top right-hand corner of the home screen.

Click the EDIT INFO button to edit the details.

Please note that you cannot edit your Email address.

Once you completed your first pack of the day, the second pack will be locked until the next day. 

If you would like to unlock these packs you have to upgrade your account.

Press the upgrade button :

If you're happy with the payment Press the purple button to proceed with the payment.

Once the payment is made, the app will unlock all the packs but in order for you to access the next pack, you have to complete the previous pack first.

You will also be able to track your progress by going back to the previous pack.

If you wish to switch off the app sound you can do it simply by going to the home screen, select My profile and slide the Sound FX toggle to the right.

To send a Feedback to us, simply go to My profile Tab and tap the LEAVE FEEDBACK button. 

To report a problem to us, go to My profile Tab and select Report a problem button.
