This article is for centres who are administering Pretesting.
The Instructions for packing and returning of materials will not be sent in hard copy to centres. Instead, please refer to the guides below.
Remember: You must return materials used or unused after administering the test, within the test window.

Instructions on registering and booking a courier collection using MyDHL+.
All materials should ideally be returned by MyDHL+.
The DHL + service is our official courier method, so has the advantage of having the costs absorbed by Cambridge Assessment Pretesting. That said, if you would prefer to use a different courier/service, this will be fine. As long as a reputable courier and secure method is used (i.e. next-day delivery and signed-for service), this will not be an issue.
Please note: if you choose to use a different method of return, this would be at your own cost and discretion.

Pretesting: Guide for booking a collection with DHL+
If you are administering a test, you will need to return the exam materials to us using MyDHL+. This website allows you to book a collection from your address within a convenient time window. We would suggest that you try booking your collection in advance of the exam taking place.
