This article describes how you can disqualify Cambridge English Skills Test results for malpractice. You can also find the disqualification form here.
Cambridge English Skills Test results can be disqualified if you have evidence that the candidate engaged or attempted to engage in any form of malpractice.
If you need to disqualify a candidate's results, please complete the form below.
Please submit the form within 24 hours of the test date and no longer than 7 days after the test date so that we can disqualify the candidate’s results as soon as possible.
If you'd like to notify us about multiple candidates, please download and complete this template and upload it using the form below.
We will review the details and then disqualify the results if required. This will typically be done within 2 working days.
If the results are not disqualified after 2 working days, please get in touch, providing the candidate username, first name and surname and we will check it for you.
