This article describes how you can request Test Credits from your Institution. You will need to have Test Credits in your account before you are able to make entries and create logins. This article is for Clients and Schools.
Institutions can allocate Test Credits to their Clients or Schools. Alternatively, you can request Test Credits by ordering them from your Institution.
Viewing how many test credits you currently have
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal, Metrica.
2. Click Reports
3. Click the Test Availability report
4. The next screen will show a table of your allocated, pending and used test credits
5. Alternatively, clients can view test credits in their account under the My Institution tab, Test Credits. Select the relevant product from the drop down to view available test credits.
Ordering Test Credits
1. Log into the Cambridge English Test Portal, Metrica.
2. Click My Institution
3. Click Test Credit Orders
4. Select New Order from the drop down and click Submit
5. Select the Product and the Number of Test Credits to order and click Save.
6. The order will now be placed and your Institution can either approve or reject it.
7. The status will update once your Institution has approved or rejected the order.
You will also receive an email informing you of the status of your test credit order.
8. Once approved, you can then add entries for this product to a session.
