Before starting the Cambridge English Qualifications Digital for young learners tests, your candidates may receive an error message indicating that their login credentials are incorrect. Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue.
Password Incorrect
This error appears if the password is incorrect. It's possible it's mistyped and they can click Try Again to enter it again. If it still does not work, please try the steps below.
Name does not match
If the candidates name does not appear once they've entered their password, then they have entered the wrong password for their entry.
Steps to resolve:
Ensure the candidate has the correct password
Check the password given to the candidate matches the one produced from Cambridge English for Centres Portal. They must use the password assigned to their entry.
Regenerate login credentials
If you have made any changes to the names of candidates, added or removed packing codes, or added or removed groups, the login credentials for those candidates will have been changed. To view the updated changes, you must regenerate their login credentials. See the Generating Passwords section of the Making bookings and managing entries article for details on how to do this.
